Now that our current project Bahama Sands Beach Resort is virtually sold out, we are pleased to announce our intention to begin taking non-binding Reservation Requests for Carolina Sands Resort, a new condominium project scheduled for completion in 2009.

The site for these New Oceanfront condos is 1717 South Ocean Blvd. in the Crescent Section of North Myrtle Beach. This is the most desirable section of the beach, famous for being so wide that it is never crowded, and offers a view of the entire North Strand. Nearby neighbors include Crescent Shores, Crescent Keyes, Bluewater Keyes, South Shore Villas and Bahama Sands.

Carolina Sands features a variety of Two Bedroom and Three Bedroom condominiums and a preliminary price list is attached, but all Reservations are non-binding.

Plans call for direct view units and angled view condos on each of the nine floors. Construction will continue throughout 2008 with delivery in 2009, almost two years away. Our site plan will be filed in September before new building restrictions take effect, making future development much more difficult on the few parcels of beachfront that are not already developed. This scarcity of new oceanfront condos will reward the owners of Carolina Sands Resort when the building is completed in 2009.
